Shipping policy

This is a translation. If the English and Dutch texts differ, the Dutch text applies.

Here you can read where we ship to, what it costs and when your order will arrive.

Where we ship to

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and the other countries of the European Union. We don't ship outside the European Union. Collection is not possible.

What shipping costs

  • Netherlands: € 5,50. Free from € 25 in products.
  • Belgium: € 9,95. Free from € 50 in products.
  • Other countries of the European Union: € 10,00.

All amounts include VAT. Free shipping only applies in the Netherlands and Belgium, and not to clothing that is printed to order (see below).

Do you live in Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania or Sweden? Then you pay in your own currency and the shipping costs are converted. You pay the amount you see at checkout.

For products from our stock, the shipping cost is shown next to the price. In your basket you can see how much more you need for free shipping to the Netherlands or Belgium. At checkout you see all costs once more, before you pay.

When it arrives

  • We ship products from our stock with PostNL, once a week, on Friday.
  • Order before Friday 9:00 (Dutch time) and your parcel goes out that Friday. Order later and it goes out the following Friday.
  • In the Netherlands and Belgium it usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after shipping. In the other countries of the European Union usually 2 to 7 working days, depending on the country.
  • For products from our stock, the expected delivery date for the Netherlands is shown.
  • As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with a link to track it.
  • We deliver within 30 days of your order, unless a different date is shown with the product. If that doesn't work out, we'll let you know and you can cancel your order for free.

Clothing that is printed to order

If clothing says "Printed to order", our print partner Printful prints and ships it for you. It sometimes comes in a separate parcel, with its own shipping costs. Free shipping does not apply to this clothing. You see what shipping costs at checkout, before you pay.

This clothing takes longer: in the Netherlands it usually arrives 5 to 8 working days after your order. To Belgium and the other countries of the European Union it can take longer.

Lost or damaged in transit?

Until your parcel has been delivered to you, it is our responsibility. If it gets lost on the way or arrives damaged, email us at info@korfbalinc.nl with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We'll sort it out.

Wrong address?

Check your address carefully at checkout. If your parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll email you. We'll send it again if you pay the shipping costs once more. If you no longer want it, you can withdraw from your order. How that works is explained in the refund policy.
