Withdraw

You may undo a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called withdrawal. The 14 days start on the day after you received the product. You can also withdraw before you have it.

Fill in your name, the email address of your order and the order number below. The order number is in the order confirmation. If you only want to withdraw part of your order, add the products.

Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal. How that works is explained in the refund policy. You'll get your money back within 14 days of your withdrawal, including the standard shipping costs. If you use our return label, the label costs are deducted.
