Privacy policy

This is a translation. If the English and Dutch texts differ, the Dutch text applies.

This is the privacy policy of the shop www.korfbalinc.shop. The short version is at the top. Below it, everything is set out precisely, including cookies.

The short version

  • Who are we? KORFBALINC. (with a full stop: that is how our name is registered with the Chamber of Commerce). When we write "we", we mean KORFBALINC.
  • Buying something. We need your name, address and email address to send your order. Payment goes through a payment service. We don't see your full bank or card details.
  • Shipping. We ship with PostNL. Printful prints and ships some clothing for us.
  • Cookies. Cookies needed to place an order are always on. If you click Accept in the cookie banner, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google see what you view and buy in the shop, to measure and show adverts. Meta also gets this via the server. If you have an account with them, they can link it to you. The apps Collabs and Printful then also get a signal, and Shopify and Google measure how the shop is used. Without your yes, including if you decline, Meta and Google measure nothing in the shop. Only the PayPal and Google Pay payment buttons always load. If you click Decline, ordering simply works. Under 16? Then choose Decline.
  • Shopify. The shop runs on Shopify. Shopify also uses data from the shop for its own adverts and recommendations. Via Shopify, our products may also appear in AI assistants, such as ChatGPT, Meta AI and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Email. You get emails about your order. If you don't complete checkout, you may get a reminder email. Shopify tracks whether you open such an email and click in it. You can always unsubscribe from emails with news and offers.
  • We don't sell your data. We don't build a profile of you for advertising ourselves. However, if you agree to it in the cookie banner, Meta and Google use what you view and buy in the shop for adverts.
  • What are your rights? You can always ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete something. Email info@korfbalinc.nl. You'll get a reply within a month. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

1. Who is responsible?

  • Name: KORFBALINC. (the trade name as registered with the Chamber of Commerce, with a full stop)
  • Legal form: sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak)
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 90942213
  • Email, also for privacy questions: info@korfbalinc.nl
  • Address: our registered address (also postal address) is on the Company details page. It is not a visiting address: please contact us by email first.

KORFBALINC. is the controller. This means: we decide why and how your data is used, and we can be held accountable for it. We don't have a data protection officer. For a small shop like ours, one is not required.

2. A few terms explained

  • Personal data: anything that says something about a person who can be identified. For example a name, an email address or an IP address (the internet address of your device).
  • Legal basis: the reason why we may use your data. We use four. Contract: we need the data to do what you ask, such as sending your order. Legal obligation: the law requires us to, for example to keep invoices. Legitimate interest: we have a good reason that outweighs your privacy, such as preventing fraud. You may always object to this. Consent: you said yes yourself, such as in the cookie banner. You may always withdraw that consent.
  • Processor: a company that does something with your data on our behalf, such as Shopify, which the shop runs on.

3. Which data, what for and how long

3.1 Ordering and paying

  • What: your name, delivery address and email address; your phone number, if you enter it; what you order, the price and the payment status. For a pre-order also the expected delivery date, and emails about the delivery.
  • No account needed: you can order without a customer account.
  • Paying: at checkout you choose a payment method, such as iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal or Klarna. We see whether you paid, with which method and the amount. We don't see your full bank or card details. Who processes your payment is set out in 3.2.
  • Against fraud: with an order, Shopify often shows us a fraud check. It includes, for example, the IP address you ordered from, whether your location matches your payment method, and for a card whether the address and security code are correct. Legal basis: legitimate interest (preventing fraud in the shop).
  • Why: to create, ship and handle your order.
  • Legal basis: contract. For invoices and our records: legal obligation.
  • How long: orders and invoices 7 years, because the Dutch Tax Administration requires it. Shopify deletes an order you don't complete after three months.

3.2 Who processes your payment

  • Shopify Payments processes most payments: iDEAL | Wero, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Bancontact may run via Shopify Payments or via Mollie. Shopify Payments is a service of Shopify International Limited in Ireland. Shopify receives your name, email address, address, the amount and your payment details, and processes them for us. The money itself is processed by a payment institution that Shopify engages for this: Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland), PayPal (Europe) (Luxembourg) or Adyen (the Netherlands). That payment institution may also use your data for itself, for checks the law imposes on payment services, such as against money laundering and for sanctions. It is itself responsible for that, and its own privacy policy applies. What Shopify does when you use Shop Pay is set out in 3.8.
  • PayPal: if you pay with PayPal, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. in Luxembourg processes your payment. PayPal receives your name, email address, delivery address, the amount and details of your order. PayPal is itself responsible for the payment. More in the PayPal privacy statement.
  • Mollie: if you pay with KBC/CBC, or with Bancontact when it runs via Mollie, Mollie B.V. in Amsterdam processes your payment. Mollie receives your payment details, the amount, your IP address and the type of browser and device, and sometimes your name, address, email address or phone number. Mollie is itself responsible for the payment. More in the Mollie privacy statement.
  • Klarna: if you pay with Klarna, for example afterwards, Klarna Bank AB (publ) in Stockholm (Sweden) handles your payment. We receive the money via Shopify Payments, and you pay Klarna. Klarna receives your name, address, contact details, the amount and what you order. Klarna decides itself whether you can pay with Klarna. To do so, Klarna may check whether you can pay the money later, including with a credit bureau. This is sometimes fully automated, without a human looking at it. You can object to this with Klarna. Klarna is itself responsible for all of this. More in the Klarna privacy policy.

3.3 Shipping

  • PostNL and MyParcel: we ship with PostNL. We create the shipping labels with MyParcel. MyParcel and PostNL receive your name, address and email address (for the delivery notification), and may also receive your phone number if you entered it. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, a PostNL partner in your country delivers. PostNL is itself responsible for the delivery.
  • Printful: some clothing is printed for you by Printful. Printful receives your name, address and what you ordered, and sends the parcel to you.
  • Legal basis: contract.
  • How long: with your order, 7 years (see 3.1).

3.4 Undoing your purchase (withdrawal) and returns

  • How: with the Withdraw from contract button at the bottom of every page of the shop, with the model form or by email. How that works is set out in the refund policy.
  • What: your name, your email address, your order number and which products (empty means the whole order). The form sends this via Shopify to our mailbox info@korfbalinc.nl.
  • In your browser: until the confirmation screen appears, what you entered is briefly stored in your browser's session storage, so the screen can show it. The shop then deletes it immediately, and otherwise it disappears when you close the tab. This part is not sent to us.
  • Confirmation: we send you a confirmation by email ourselves, from info@korfbalinc.nl.
  • Return label: if you want our return label, we create a PostNL label with MyParcel. For this we use your name and address.
  • Legal basis: sending the confirmation is a legal obligation (Article 6:230oa(4) of the Dutch Civil Code). Keeping your withdrawal as proof, in case a question about it comes up later: legitimate interest. Refunding and the related records: contract and legal obligation.
  • How long: 7 years, because it is part of our records.

3.5 Contact, ordering for your club and chat

  • Contact: if you use the contact form or email us, we have your name, your email address, your order number if you enter it, and what you write. The form sends this via Shopify to our mailbox info@korfbalinc.nl, at Zoho Mail (European Union). Legal basis: legitimate interest, or contract if it concerns an order. How long: 2 years. If it concerns an order, a refund or a withdrawal, it is part of our records and we keep it for 7 years.
  • Ordering for your club: if you request a quote via Order for your club, we have your name, your club, your email address, the product, the quantities and your comment. The form sends this to our mailbox. We'll contact you; for an order, the billing address and possibly a phone number are added. Legal basis: legitimate interest (handling your club's request and order). For the invoice and our records: legal obligation. How long: a request that did not become an order 1 year, an order 7 years.
  • Preventing spam: Shopify protects the forms in the shop against spam with hCaptcha, from Intuition Machines, Inc. in the United States. hCaptcha may see your IP address, details about your browser and device, and how your mouse and keyboard move. Legal basis: legitimate interest (preventing spam and abuse). What hCaptcha keeps and for how long is in the hCaptcha privacy policy.
  • Chat with the shop (Shopify Inbox): there is currently no chat button in the shop. If you previously sent us a message via the chat in the shop or via the Shop app, that conversation is in Shopify Inbox: your messages, your name and email address if you gave them, and what Shopify shows alongside, such as whether you bought something before, your location and time zone, and details of your order. What for: answering your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or contract if it concerns an order. Shopify stores the conversations for us. We cannot delete individual conversations; they remain as long as Inbox is in our shop. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete you as a customer in Shopify.

3.6 Email from the shop

Besides the emails about your order, Shopify sends the reminder email and the welcome email for us. The shop does not use other services for advertising by email, text message or browser notifications.

  • Emails about your order: the order confirmation and the shipping notification. Legal basis: contract.
  • Reminder email for an abandoned basket: if you enter your email address at checkout and don't complete the order, Shopify may send an email on our behalf with a link to your basket. Legal basis: consent, if you signed up for email from the shop yourself with a form. The tick box at checkout is pre-ticked. Anyone who signed up only with that tick box has not given consent by doing so.
  • The email tick box at checkout: at checkout, the box for email with news and offers is already ticked. If you don't want those emails, untick it; ordering works just as well. If you leave it ticked and order, you may receive emails from us about our own products similar to what you bought. Legal basis: legitimate interest, under the rule for existing customers (Article 11.7(4) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act).
  • Welcome email: if you sign up for email from the shop, Shopify sends you a welcome email on our behalf. According to Shopify, anyone who signs up only with the tick box at checkout does not get a welcome email. Legal basis: consent.
  • Opening and clicking: in the reminder email and the welcome email, Shopify tracks for us whether you open the email and click a link. This shows us whether the emails work. We don't ask separately for consent for this measurement.
  • Unsubscribing: always possible and free: with the unsubscribe link in the email, or by emailing info@korfbalinc.nl.
  • How long: your email address stays on the mailing list as long as you are subscribed.

3.7 Meta, Google and Shopify: advertising and measurement

The shop has these sales channels in Shopify: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Shop (Shopify's app) and AI assistants (see 3.8). Our products may be shown there. The Meta and Google channels also measure what you do in the shop, for advertising.

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our products are in the shop on Facebook and Instagram, and we can show them in posts. If you agree in the cookie banner, Meta's sales channel sends data about your visit to the shop to Meta: what you view, search for, put in your basket and buy. This is done with the Meta pixel in your browser, and via Shopify's server. Your name, location, email address and phone number may also be sent to Meta, so that Meta can recognise you. In addition, the Meta Growth Agent app sends data about what you do in the shop to Meta via the server. Meta uses this to measure and improve the shop's adverts, and to show adverts, including on other sites and in apps. If you have an account with Meta, Meta can link this to you.
  • Google: our products may appear in Google for free (Google Shopping). If you agree to Marketing in the cookie banner (or click Accept), Google's sales channel measures what you do in the shop, to measure adverts: viewing a page or product, searching, putting something in your basket, starting checkout, entering your payment details and buying. Your name, address, email address and phone number may also be sent to Google. If you agree to Analytics, Google also measures how the shop is used, with the "_ga" cookies; if you only turn on Analytics, not for advertising. According to Shopify, Google does not use data from visitors from the European Economic Area for personalised advertising unless there is valid consent.
  • Only after consent: Meta only receives this data if you click Accept in the cookie banner, or turn on both Analytics and Marketing. Google only measures if you click Accept, or turn on Analytics or Marketing. As long as you haven't said yes, including if you decline, the Meta and Google scripts don't load. Only the Google Pay payment button always loads (see 4). You can decline straight away, with one click on Decline, and ordering then simply works. You can withdraw consent with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page of the shop. Under 16? Then choose Decline.
  • Legal basis: consent, via the cookie banner.
  • Who is responsible: we are jointly responsible with Meta and Google for collecting the data and passing it on to them. What Meta and Google then do with the data falls under their own privacy policies. Meta: the recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in Dublin, for the sales channel and for the Meta Growth Agent. We have an agreement with Meta Ireland about who does what: we give you this information, and Meta Ireland handles your rights (such as access and deletion) for the data Meta keeps afterwards. You can exercise those rights directly with Meta Ireland; how is set out in the Meta privacy policy. If you ask us, we'll forward your request to Meta within 7 days. Google: the recipient is Google Ireland Limited. When measuring adverts, Google regards itself as an independent controller and does not make a separate agreement about who does what. If you want to know something or have something deleted regarding what Google received from us, email us; we'll help you. You can also go directly to Google via the Google privacy policy.
  • How long: we don't keep anything ourselves of what Meta and Google receive this way. How long Meta and Google keep it is in their own privacy policies.
  • Shopify Network Intelligence: Shopify uses data about your visit and your purchases in our shop, together with data from other shops and from Shopify itself, also for its own services, such as adverts and recommendations. If you decline the non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, Shopify does not use your device's data for this. If your browser sends the signal that your data may not be shared (Global Privacy Control), Shopify also does not use what you do in the shop for advertising. Legal basis for what Shopify does with your device's data: consent, via the cookie banner. More in the Shopify consumer privacy policy.
  • Analytics from Shopify and Google: if you agree in the cookie banner (Accept, or turning on Analytics), Shopify and Google count how the shop is used, for example which pages are viewed and how often products are viewed and bought. We see this in Shopify's and Google's reports, mainly as totals. We don't make recordings of your visit. What for: seeing where the shop is awkward to use, and improving it. Legal basis: consent. How long: Shopify keeps the reports for us in the shop; for Google see "How long" above.
  • Shopify Collabs and Printful: these two apps get a signal via Shopify when you do something in the shop, such as viewing a product, putting something in your basket or checking out. At checkout this may also include your name, email address, address and phone number. Collabs tracks whether you come to the shop via the link of someone we work with, so that they get their reward; Collabs belongs to Shopify. Printful prints and ships our clothing; Printful receives your order separately for that (see 3.3). The signal goes to Printful Inc. in the United States. Shopify states that Printful may use it for analytics and marketing. We are jointly responsible with Printful for collecting and passing it on; what Printful then does with the data and how long it keeps it falls under the Printful privacy policy. Only after consent: only if you click Accept, or turn on both Analytics and Marketing. Legal basis: consent.

3.8 Shop and AI assistants

  • Shop and Shop Pay: if you use Shopify's Shop app or Shop Pay, Shopify also uses your data for your own Shop account. Shopify is itself responsible for that, in Europe Shopify International Limited in Ireland. In the Shop app, Shopify may also ask you to rate an order; Shopify arranges that itself. See the Shopify consumer privacy policy.
  • AI assistants: via Shopify, our products may appear in AI assistants from other companies, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Meta AI (Meta), Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft) and other AI services, such as Perplexity. For this they receive data about our products from Shopify: name, description, photos, price and whether it is for sale. According to Shopify, they receive no customer data from our shop, such as previous orders or our customer list. If you come to us via ChatGPT, you check out in our own shop, just like any other order. With some assistants, checkout can also take place in the assistant itself. If you do that, the company behind the assistant receives your order details, such as your name, email address, phone number and address, to complete your order, to inform you about its status, against fraud and because the law requires it. Shopify processes your data for us in this. Legal basis: contract. What the company behind the assistant itself does with your conversation and your account falls under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies in the shop

A cookie is a small file that a website places on your phone or computer. There are also other ways to store something on your device, such as local storage and session storage in your browser. The rules are the same for all of them, so we call them all cookies here.

The cookie banner. The shop runs on Shopify and uses Shopify's cookie banner. You see the banner on your first visit. You choose Accept, Decline or Manage preferences. You can decline straight away, with one click, just as quickly as accepting, and ordering then simply works. Doing nothing does not count as yes. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page of the shop. Under 16? Then choose Decline.

  • Necessary (always on): without these cookies you can't order. They remember your basket, checkout, your country and your currency (such as "localization" and "cart_currency") and your cookie choice. The session storage "kb-herroeping" also belongs here, only if you submit the Withdraw from contract form (see 3.4). No consent is needed for these.
  • Preferences (only after your yes): the shop remembers choices for your next visit. The shop also works without them.
  • Analytics (only after your yes): Shopify and Google count how the shop is used, with Shopify's analytics cookie and Google's "_ga" cookies (see 3.7).
  • Marketing (only after your yes): Shopify's own marketing cookie, the Meta pixel cookies (such as "_fbp", and "_fbc" if you come via a link from Facebook or Instagram) and Google's cookies for measuring adverts (such as "_gcl_au"). After your yes, Meta also receives data via the server, and Collabs and Printful get a signal. Meta, Collabs and Printful only load if Analytics is also on, or after Accept (see 3.7).
  • Payment buttons: on the product page and at checkout, the PayPal and Google Pay buttons load, also before you choose and if you decline. PayPal and Google see your IP address and your browser, and PayPal stores something in your browser's local storage for its button. These buttons are part of paying; we don't ask anything in advance for them.
  • Instafeed: the Instafeed app loads a script from cdn.nfcube.com on every page, also before you choose. The maker of Instafeed sees your IP address and your browser and device. We don't ask anything in advance for this.

Which cookies Shopify itself sets and for how long is in Shopify's cookie list. According to Google, "_ga" and "_ga_..." last 2 years and "_gcl_au" 90 days, and according to Meta, "_fbc" lasts 90 days. For Meta's and Google's other cookies: see their own privacy policies. You can also delete cookies yourself in your browser settings. If you delete the cookie with your choice, you'll see the banner again.

5. Who we share data with

Most of the companies below help us run the shop. They may only use your data for us. A few are themselves responsible for what they do with your data: PostNL as carrier, PayPal, Mollie and Klarna for the payment, the payment institution behind Shopify Payments for the checks imposed by law, Meta, Google and Printful for what they receive via the pixel (jointly with us for collecting and passing it on, then on their own), Shopify for Shop, Shop Pay and Network Intelligence, the company behind an AI assistant for what it does with your conversation and your account, and Anthropic for what Claude sees when we ask Claude for help with an order.

  • Shopify: the shop, checkout, the shop's emails, the forms and the chat. Receives everything about your order, your email address for the emails and your chat conversations. Shopify stores data in Canada and the United States, among other places.
  • Shopify Payments, PayPal, Mollie and Klarna: your payment (see 3.2).
  • MyParcel: shipping labels and return labels. Receives your name, address and email address, and possibly your phone number.
  • PostNL: delivering parcels, outside the Netherlands and Belgium with a PostNL partner in your country. Receives your name, address and email address, and possibly your phone number. Mainly in the European Economic Area.
  • Printful: printing and shipping clothing. Receives your name, address and order. After your yes, also a signal via the pixel, for analytics and marketing (see 3.7). Printful Inc. is based in the United States. Printful usually makes clothing for the European Union in Latvia (Riga) or Spain (Barcelona); Printful chooses the facility per order, and a product that is not available in Europe may come from further away, for example from the United States.
  • Jortt: our bookkeeping. Receives the details on invoices and refunds. Storage in Europe, according to Jortt.
  • Zoho Mail: the mailbox of info@korfbalinc.nl. Email from and to you, and the messages from the forms. Storage in the European Union.
  • hCaptcha: Intuition Machines, Inc. (United States). Preventing spam in the forms, via Shopify. Sees your IP address and details about your browser and device (see 3.5).
  • Meta: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland). After your yes: what you view, search for, put in your basket and buy in the shop, and possibly your name, location, email address and phone number (see 3.7).
  • Google: Google Ireland Limited (Ireland). After your yes: what you view, search for, put in your basket and buy in the shop, and possibly your name, address, email address and phone number. After your yes to Analytics: how the shop is used. Without your yes: nothing for measurement or advertising; if the Google Pay payment button loads, Google sees your IP address and your browser (see 4).
  • Shopify Collabs: tracking whether you come via the link of someone we work with (see 3.7).
  • AI assistants via Shopify: data about our products; only if you check out in the assistant itself also your name, email address, phone number, address and order (see 3.8).
  • Older apps we are removing: the shop still has a few older apps that we no longer use and will remove soon: for shipping (PostNL and Sendcloud), forms, product options, building pages, checkout and pre-orders. Apps in Shopify may, depending on the permissions they were given, be able to view order and customer data.
  • Instafeed: an app with a script on every page of the shop (see section 4). The maker sees your IP address and your browser and device.
  • Anthropic (Claude): Anthropic Ireland, Limited (Ireland). Claude is an AI assistant that helps us with the shop, sometimes also with a question about an order. Anthropic then receives the details of the order we are looking at, such as your name, address and what you ordered. We use Claude with a subscription. According to its own terms, Anthropic is itself responsible for this, and the Anthropic privacy policy applies. A copy of such a conversation with Claude is also stored on our own computer. We don't delete those conversations automatically.

Sometimes we have to give data to others: to the Dutch Tax Administration for our records, and to the police or judicial authorities if the law requires us to.

6. Data outside Europe

Some of the companies we work with are based outside Europe or have a parent company there. The law allows this if there are proper safeguards: a decision by the European Commission that a country offers adequate protection (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for participating companies), model contracts approved by the Commission (standard contractual clauses), or binding rules within a group of companies.

  • Shopify: Canada and the United States, among others. Safeguard: binding corporate rules, and the Commission's decision for Canada.
  • Printful: United States (parent company). Safeguard: standard contractual clauses.
  • hCaptcha: United States. According to its own privacy policy, Intuition Machines, Inc. participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Anthropic: we give the data to Anthropic Ireland, Limited. Anthropic also processes it in the United States and uses standard contractual clauses for this (according to the Anthropic privacy policy). That falls under Anthropic's own responsibility.
  • PayPal, Mollie and Klarna (only if you pay with them): we give the data to companies in the European Union (Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden). What they then process outside Europe falls under their own responsibility and their own safeguards.
  • Meta and Google: we give the data to Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland. What they then send to the United States falls under their own responsibility. Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC participate in the Data Privacy Framework.
  • AI assistants (only if you check out in the assistant itself): the company behind the assistant may be based outside Europe, such as in the United States. What it does with your data falls under its own privacy policy.

You can get a copy of the safeguards via info@korfbalinc.nl.

7. What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't build a profile of you for advertising ourselves. However, if you agree to it in the cookie banner, Meta and Google use what you view and buy in the shop for adverts (see 3.7). Shopify also uses data from the shop for adverts and recommendations (Shopify Network Intelligence).
  • We don't make recordings of your visit to the shop.
  • We don't send your data to a review service, and you won't get a request for a review from us. In the Shop app, Shopify may itself ask you for a rating (see 3.8).
  • No computer at our end takes decisions about you that have major consequences for you. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna itself may decide automatically whether you can pay with Klarna (see 3.2).

8. Security

  • The shop and checkout use an encrypted connection (https).
  • In the shop's admin, only we can access your data. Which other companies and apps receive or can view data is set out in section 5. We ask for as little data as possible.
  • If something does go wrong with your data and there is a risk to you, we report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours. If the risk is high, we'll also let you know.

9. Your rights

  • Access: ask which data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: have something corrected that is wrong.
  • Erasure: have your data deleted. Sometimes this isn't allowed straight away, for example for invoices we have to keep for 7 years.
  • Restriction: ask us not to use your data for a while, for example while we check whether something is correct.
  • Objection: object if we use your data on the basis of legitimate interest. You can always object to advertising emails, with the unsubscribe link or by email.
  • Portability: get your data in a file you can use elsewhere.
  • Withdrawing consent: for cookies with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page of the shop; for email from the shop with the unsubscribe link in the email.

How: email info@korfbalinc.nl, preferably from the email address used for your order. Sometimes we ask you to show that it really is you. You'll get a reply within a month. If your request is complex, it may take two months longer; we'll let you know within a month if so. It's free of charge.

Complaints: not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know first. You may also always complain to the supervisory authority: in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Belgium the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, and in another country of the European Union the supervisory authority in that country.

10. Young people

Under 16? Choose Decline in the cookie banner. Parents can always email us with a question about their child's data.

11. Changes

If we change something important in this policy, the new date will be shown below. This version applies from October 2026.
