Refund policy

This is a translation. If the English and Dutch texts differ, the Dutch text applies.

Not quite right after all? You may undo your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called withdrawal. Here you can read how it works, how to send something back and when you'll get your money back.

14-day cooling-off period

  • The 14 days start on the day after you received the product. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, they start after the last parcel.
  • You can also withdraw before you have the product.
  • The cooling-off period applies to all our products, including clothing that is printed to order.
  • Ordering on behalf of a club or association? You also get a 14-day cooling-off period, with the same rules. Let us know by emailing info@korfbalinc.nl.

How to withdraw

Click Withdraw from contract at the bottom of every page of the shop. This takes you to the Withdraw page. Fill in your name, your email address and your order number; the order number is in your order confirmation. If you are withdrawing only part of your order, write which products under Which products. If you leave it empty, you withdraw the whole order. Then press Confirm withdrawal. You don't need an account.

You'll see straight away on screen that your withdrawal has been received, with the date and time. You'll also get a confirmation by email from info@korfbalinc.nl the same day. Keep that email.

Sending it back

Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal. Withdraw first and only then send something, so we know it's coming. Haven't received the product yet? Then you don't need to send anything back; we'll let you know what happens next.

  • With our return label, from the Netherlands or Belgium: reply to the confirmation of your withdrawal, or email info@korfbalinc.nl. We'll then email you a PostNL return label. We deduct the cost of that label from your refund: € 6,12 from the Netherlands and € 11,36 from Belgium.
  • Sending it back yourself: with a carrier of your choice, at your own cost. Keep your proof of postage. If you live outside the Netherlands and Belgium, this is how you send it back.
  • Damaged or wrongly delivered? Then we pay for the return. How that works is explained below.

The return address is our registered address. It is in the model form at the bottom of this page and on the Company details page. It is not a visiting address: post your parcel and do not drop it off.

Your money back

  • Within 14 days of your withdrawal, via the same payment method you used to pay.
  • You also get back the standard shipping costs you paid.
  • If you used our return label, we deduct its cost.
  • We may wait to refund you until we have the product back, or until you show that you have sent it.
  • You may inspect and try out a product as you would in a shop. If you used it more than was needed to judge it, for example wearing a hoodie at training, we may deduct the value it lost as a result from your refund.

Damaged or wrong?

Email a short explanation and a photo to info@korfbalinc.nl, with your order number. Preferably report it straight away. If you do so within 2 months of discovering it, you are always in time. You may choose: we repair it, or you get a new product. If that isn't possible, doesn't work within a reasonable time or the problem is serious, you get (part of) your money back. If the product needs to come back, we pay for the return.

This is your legal guarantee. It also applies after the 14-day cooling-off period. If you live in Belgium, you have a two-year legal guarantee. If you live in another country, the law of your country may give you more rights. The official European Union notice about your rights is on the Legal guarantee page. Returning your old device

Buying a new electrical device from us, such as the LCD COACHBOARD, the KORFBAL LAMP or the KORFBAL NEON SIGN? Then we'll take your old device of the same type from you for free. It doesn't have to have been bought from us. Email info@korfbalinc.nl within a reasonable time after delivery, with your order number. If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, we'll email you a free PostNL return label. If you live in another country, we'll work out together how you can hand it in for free.

Remove the battery before you send an old device: used lithium batteries may not be sent by post. You can hand in empty batteries free of charge at a battery collection point, for example in a supermarket or at a recycling centre. You can find a collection point near you on legebatterijen.nl. Never put electrical devices and batteries in household waste.

Model withdrawal form

This is the statutory model form. Only complete and return it if you want to withdraw from the purchase. Email it to info@korfbalinc.nl or send it by post. The Withdraw from contract button at the bottom of every page is easier.
