Frequently asked questions

When will your order arrive?

We ship products from our stock with PostNL, once a week, on Friday. Order before Friday 9:00 (Dutch time) and your parcel goes out that Friday. In the Netherlands and Belgium it usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after shipping, in the other countries of the European Union usually 2 to 7 working days.

And clothing that is printed to order?

If clothing says "Printed to order", our print partner Printful prints and ships it for you, sometimes in a separate parcel. In the Netherlands it usually arrives 5 to 8 working days after your order. To Belgium and the other countries of the European Union it can take longer.

What does shipping cost?

  • Netherlands: € 5,50, free from € 25.
  • Belgium: € 9,95, free from € 50.
  • Other countries of the European Union: € 10,00.

Free shipping does not apply to clothing that is printed to order; you see what shipping costs at checkout, before you pay. We don't ship outside the European Union. Everything is in our shipping policy.

Can you send something back?

Yes. You may withdraw up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. Click "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page, or email info@korfbalinc.nl. With our PostNL return label (from the Netherlands or Belgium) the actual label costs are deducted from your refund. You may also send it back yourself, at your own cost. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Then we pay for the return. Everything is in our returns policy.

Ordering for your club?

A SCHOTGAME or an LCD COACHBOARD for every team in your club? Order ten or more and get 20 percent off the total. Send a request with the quantity via Order for your club. You'll get a quote by email with the price and delivery time. Clubs pay by invoice.
